| - On Mother's Day, the order I placed online was filled by a local florist: standard protocol. I took my parents out to lunch, then dropped them off around 3:00 PM. Despite ordering flowers to be delivered that day, I assumed they might arrive a day or two later - if at all. However, before I arrived home, I received a call from my Mom. Very excited, she said I just had to come back to see the flowers; and, she needed to tell me what happened. With 60 mph winds and temperatures nearing 80, I had visions of her bouquet strewn over every inch of their cul-de-sac....and, yes, this has happened on more than one occasion. But when I arrived, I had to catch my breath: the most impressive arrangement, exhibiting the exemplary talents and expertise of a truly gifted designer, and most importantly, a florist who takes pride in their creations. While admiring the arrangement, Mom raved about the level of service, unheard of these days. The flowers were delivered while we were at lunch; upon returning home, there was a detailed message on their answering machine and a note on their front door, apologizing for attempting a delivery while we were out, and the name and address of the neighbor who accepted delivery. To be afforded such courtesy and professionalism is rare, particularly on the busiest day of the year for florists. In keeping with the level of craftsmanship and etiquette are the unsurpassed selections and superior quality of flowers. Nine days have passed, and the arrangement is still on display, as the Oriental lilies are still blooming.
I was compelled to send an email, expressing my appreciation and commending the impeccable service and superior product quality. Faith Lough (proprietor) responded humbly, appreciating the acknowledgement and accolades, and offered her assistance with any future orders. I thought this was a courteous gesture, and protocol for a business savvy merchant.
Two days ago, a dear friend called and informed us of his daughter's unexpected and sudden passing. I ordered flowers for the family yesterday and, in fact, Faith tended to my order personally. After finalizing my order, I realized an error on my part, which Faith also remedied; she, then, took the time to send me an email, and ensure my requests had been addressed and all issues, resolved. Today, I am ordering an arrangement for the funeral, and though it is out of state, I am confident that Faith will personally see to it that the local florist understands that (s)he is representative and an extension of the superiority she demands of herself and We Luv Flowers.
It is a privilege and I am proud to be able to share Faith's arrangements, which demonstrate her unparalleled talents. The degree of professionalism, courtesy and customer service are rare, and greatly appreciated. Faith obviously takes pride and is personally involved in every facet of We Luv Flowers.
