  • Seems petty but, the airline charged me for a pre-selected seat, was unable to give me that seat due to a change in their plane and its seat configuration. I was promised a refund and it's been over 2 months and several emails (calling is not possible) and still no reply. The flight was also delayed by almost an hour. They are inexpensive when com compared to other airlines. You get what you pay for unless it's a preferred seat on Allegiant Air.
