  • I just went here for my first Cavs game and I had a blast! I would recommend taking the RTA into Tower city and going through the food court to the arena. It saves you money and frustration from finding parking downtown or spending $20 to park at the casino. The arena is a little outdated however that didn't take away from the experience. We didn't have to wait in line for much time at all when getting food or going to the team store. The hot dogs we got were actually pretty decent. I recommend going to the team store early before the game since many sizes were gone in some of the items when we waited till the end of the game. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful from the guy showing us where our seats are to the person that checked us out at the team store. We are looking forward to going back for a concert there in May.
