I had another spa repair company that has good reviews and a A+ Better Business Bureau out before I call 4 AZ . My spa was flashing a FL2 code the first company came out told me it was the pump then changed there mind and said it was the board. The day after the new board and $510.00 FL2 is back after the owner started telling me it could have a bad motor also @$495.00 I went online to the manufactures troubleshooting guide for FL2 code and found that board and motor was at the bottom of the possibilities. Called 4AZ they came out the next day replaced a flow switch and solved the problem for under $200.00. They showed me a TRICK that would clear the FL2 code till the temp was raised, exactly what happened to me.
In addition at no additional charges they installed the circuit board correctly after they showed me how it had not been tightened down and was loose. PLUS they replaced missing screws from the access panel.
I am supposed to get a PARTIAL refund from the first company if the happens and the check clears I will post a 1 start review for that company.
