  • So its the day before our daughter's wedding and every tuxedo was sized wrong. And after two more trips down for fixes, we have now been given the excuse of Fed Ex missed a flight. We have in total spent $3000 on new suits and tux rentals. Only to be offered $40 back to the groom for his inconvenience. Really....you botch an entire wedding party and that's only worth $40. I can, without hesitation, say I will never spend another dollar with this uncaring and incompetent company. This is the reason why retail stores are closing all over the country. So great job!!!! Terrible service, unattentive employee's and an overall failure.
