  • I'm not sure I would consider 3 stars as "a-ok." I'd consider 3 stars as "just ok." Their only downfall is that they seem to hire people who are disinterested in customers & bordering on rude. The few nice employees they have are great. But there always seems to be 1-2 employees who make you not want to shop there again. Maybe the manager could do some customer service training before putting them out on the floor. Like, when a customer walks up, smile & say "can I help you?" Don't just stand there staring at them. 12/13/16 Edited to add: it happened again -- they always seem to have an employee who does NOT know how to interact with customers. This woman has worked there for quite along time but it's obvious she has no social skills. (They finally got rid of the one employee who was really, really unacceptable.) 12-30-2016: Ok, if there was any other place to get the things I need I would never darken their doors again. But since I have no choice unless I drive to the Central Ave location, I won't give details here. I don't want the stink eye every time I walk in. I can't believe they treated a regular customer like I got treated a few days ago.
