My parents own a timeshare and allowed my husband and I to stay here for a week during our honeymoon. Upon checking in they practically swindle $20 from you for a "complimentary" meal at the buffet, which of course we didn't go to because my parents warned us they would be trying to sell us a timeshare. Unfortunately, it is a non refundable fee. So we never received our $20 back. (Don't accept the "free" buffet and DONT sign the paper or your $20 is lost until you decide to just go and hear a sales pitch)
As far as the room itself, I have no complaints. Everything was well stocked as far as cups, plates, fridge, washer, dryer etc. Housekeeping was extremely friendly.
Upon checking out I realized I had left an iPad in the room, they offered to send a security guard to find it . Thankfully he was able to locate it! Because for the life of me I had no idea where it was at in the room.
I would originally give this place 4 stars for the $20 "complimentary" ordeal . But the people working here made up for it .
