  • Bob made a house call this morning to fix a GE Microwave that had a melt down. I'm a big believer in Complaining when I must and Complimenting when it's called for. Normal service is expected and doesn't warrant either. In this case I get to share my highest rating of 5 stars. I guess the price for house call and parts was fair and I had no objections to it. BUT - the stand out was Bob. His attitude, patience with my questions, cleanliness of his work - I've had other appliance guys out over the years and few would be his equal to making me feel relaxed and confident I'd called the right company. Appliance Experts has been put into my contacts on my cell phone and will be my first call whenever I have a need they can help with. Also I will not hesitate to refer them to my neighbors.
