  • Wish Yelp would start giving the option of half and quarter stars. We had Apache Glass several years ago install shower doors, replace all windows and install 8' 3 piece closet doors in 2 different rooms. Great experience and service! ....Then the company was sold and the customer service has moved to the bottom of the trash can. We have called a couple of time for work on the closet doors, this last time takes the cake. From the very beginning things started to go wrong. The house was vacant and I asked them to call prior to showing up, that didn't happen twice. Then they call asking for final payment and I proceed to tell her that the closet doors are still not fixed so I'm not paying a dime. They put me on the phone with the tech that came out, we talk and he says that he will come back out so we can talk and I can show him whats still wrong. No call no show. They call again asking for final payment, I explain again that I'm not going to pay a dime. They tell me that they will have the tech call me, I explain that that won't do anything but if they want to thats up to them....low and behold....no call, and its been almost 3 weeks. I'll be calling another glass company from now one.
