  • I have only one word to say about Papi Queso: Pigmac!!! What sounds like a strange combo of the food groups, mac n Cheese with pulled pork is actually a treat to the palate. The carmelized onions really adds a great finishing touch to this sandwich which was grilled to perfection. I had this sandwich at Food Truck Friday. I waited about 45 minutes in line, but this was worth to wait. I can't wait to go back so I can try some of the other menu items.
