  • Just rented from them and have only one good thing to say; I have a house to live in. Their communication is horrible. The will mot answer emails or phone calls. I even called their corporate office over a week and half ago with no response from them. The house was dirty and appeared to be minimally kept up. The house has pet hair all over the baseboards, the tile floors are horribly dirty, the walls are dirty. I basically had to totally clean the house too to bottom before moving in. I can't believe that they can stay in business with such lack of customer service or care.
