  • I'm new to the fried chicken and waffle scene and so far Insomnia is my favourite of the 3 restaurants I've been to. The fried chicken and waffles are great - the dish is prepared well with the just the right chicken-to-waffle ratio. The only downside is the wait when you're a walk-in. It can take 45 mins to an hour to be seated. Most times I end up finding another restaurant in the area during that time.
