| - This is, by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First of all, because of some inefficiencies in the front desk, and their communication with 3rd party bookings (expedia), we were stuck checking in for an hour! And this was at 1am, after a long day through Toronto!!
Second, and more importantly, through no fault of theirs, the city was doing water maintenance the next day. However, the bad part was that, we were not even informed! Luckily, one of us stumbled upon the notice and found that it was scheduled for 11am. However, the next day, water run at out 9:45. Absolutely unacceptable.
Talking to the front desk and hotel was not even able to help out with anything whatsoever. Oh and not to mention, the person in front of me at the front desk was complaining of a broken AC.
Absolutely, hands down, the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
