Made an appointment for today at 8:30 in the morning. Pulled up to the service bay (as the sign says) at 8:20. All the service consultants are sitting in their cubicles typing on computers or texting their girlfriends while ignoring the customers. I've had bad experiences with them before and this was their second chance to impress me. Fail.
At 8:40 some enterprising young man walked out of one of the cubicles and actually start checking the VIN number on my vehicle. After about 5 minutes he looked around saw me standing there and asked my name. He then notified my service consultant that I was waiting. By 8:45 I finally saw the consultant who started processing the vehicle.
The service was completed sooner than anticipated and the price was reasonable. Better experience than the last time.
