  • We are new in the area. They had an open house where we met some really nice people, all willing to help. Then I needed help. I called and got an answering machine. I ask for a travel agent to call us back. I received a call the next day. I told them where we wanted to go, who was in our party and ask for ideas. I received the following answer, "There are lots of things to see and do in San Diego for an 8 year old. You won't have any problem finding something for her to do." When I pressed for further clarification I was told it was up to us what we did. I then went on line and booked my own vacation. BTW, I used the one in Fayetteville, NC and NEVER got that kind of response. I've never used the NV one again. I've gone on 2 cruises since did my own booking. Didn't want or need their kind of help.
