  • I hate this place. Friends had raved and raved about it, but I did not see what was so great about it when I finally went with a couple of friends. Bizzare modern decor, overdressed severs, hostesses, and clientele, food is good but overshadowed by the trying-too-hard NYC atmosphere (but there are TVs set to sports channels..?). We are in CHARLOTTE. Are you kidding me? Get over yourself! Prices are also overkill. I loved the sushi over at Dean and Deluca Wine Bar in Southpark (unexpected I know) but I think the sushi chef moved to Rooster's last I heard. HIs name is Cy, he is the best sushi chef in Char. So I would recommend you go...elsewhere, not here. P.S. The best part of this restaurant is it's in the hated, heinous "Pink Building" on South Blvd.
