  • I've been with JSM for a few years. Their apartments are up to date and clean for the most part. For the price, I'd definitely choose JSM over any other property management company on campus. They're fair and I haven't had any major problems with them. If you're going to be signing with JSM, I'd definitely recommend renewing your lease because you won't be charged a cleaning fee each time you move out of your apartment. Overall, JSM has quality apartments that are close to campus and they're perfect for the price!
