  • Olive and Gourmando has delicious sandwiches. They've also mastered the art of poor customer service. The staff and management are extremely rude, arrogant and pretentious. They shamelessly treat paying clients with a degree of hostility and contempt that you'll remember for a very long time. All that being said, their sandwiches are good - but it's not worth being treated like a piece of garbage to obtain it.
