rev:text	January 2015 and yet ANOTHER unannounced rate increase with nothing in return. I only have their "Essential" internet and it's costing over $50/mo. Customer Service is horrible/non-existent. Can't wait for them to regulate these thieving monopolies! I ditched my phone and cable TV with Cox years ago. If I can get an internet alternative I would sever my relationship with this company for good.
