  • So let me start by saying I am writing this based on this experience. My grandma had someone out a little over 3 months ago from the same company. (Not mentioning his name) I told her not to call them again because she paid $300 and it was a quick fix. Now here we are to this call. She called another company who couldn't come out the same day, so she called Larkin again. The guy who came out (Blake) was very professional and thorough. He looked for the problem very thoroughly. He did some digging and even cleaned up well after himself. He fixed the problem and charged $70 less than the first guy that came out. He explained to us the whole process and what he was doing. Something else to take note on. Most plumbers are in work boots more than we care to know about. And they get sweaty in Vegas I am sure you know. If you are someone who has people take off your shoes as to not dirty the carpet he carries an extra pair of clean socks as a courtesy to his clients. I know that if we have to use them again we will be asking for Blake by name. Thank you for the good work and professionalism with a side of humor Blake!
