  • To start off, the customer service here is horrible! I had to wait in line for at least an hour and by the time I was to the register some manager with black short hair "Melanie "? sold my items that were on hold to another person!!! I was soo upset.. Then she said " there was nothing she could do those were the last items". I can't believe how disorganized this store is... Especially with the store manager messing things up! This is going to be my first and last time ever shopping at kate spade! !
