  • A-1 Pest Control of Mesa has sprayed our house inside and out last year. This year in 2018 the Tech came in and said the house should not be sprayed inside due to small children coming to visit that same week. Then two months later he claimed the chemical he was using does not have a label that allows for spraying for bugs throughout the inside of the house. We requested that he at least spray the bathrooms and laundry room. He did so but said he was not spraying the whole inside. He did spray outside. So now we have bugs coming into our garage who must have been present between the yard and the house. I have not seen these bugs come inside like this and it happened after he sprayed. When calling the business and asking for the owner it was the same tech with the attitude who claimed he was the owner. He is arrogant, didn't care if he had our business or not and made it very clear we were welcome to find another company that does spray inside. He has no personality and since I am not sure he was actually the owner, I have no idea if my husband talked to the actual owner or the tech pretending he was the owner. My guess is if it is a family business, this tech is not interested in keeping the business and keeping customers happy. I will not use this company in the future. I wish I knew if he is truly the owner.
