  • I had Marie, she's from Japan and I had the hotlumi and deep tissue massage. She's amazing, strong arms and really nailed the spots I neede treatment!! She focussed on my back, neck and arms as I requested and even found time to do my legs. The best part is they wipe off the oil at the end of with a hot warm towel so you don't leave with oil staining your clothes. The massage was on special for $45 but I gave her a $20 tip as it's the New Year and she deserves it. This was my first time getting hotlumi and I love it. The sheets in the massage room are thin, clean coton but the temperature in the room is really hot, you're like in Florida. And with the hot bags of oil, it works perfectly. The room had clean sheets and a comfy massage bed. Very friendly and information service on the phone and I was well greeted at reception. This place is very quiet and zen, you don't hear the other customers. And I came here when it was -33 degrees C (with windshield) on a Saturday. I was lucky to get a spot when I called in the morning. I will definitely be coming back again and booked for the following week.
