I can understand being busy and needing to book an appointment a month in advance. So I waited the month and finally appointment day arrived, with much anxiety and excitement to finally get some answers that myself and family have been waiting for. Finally I'm thinking I'll start to get to the bottom of my problems.
Arrive 1 hour early, yes, done. Fill in all paperwork, done. Wait..... After 2 hours in their office I left without seeing a Dr. I sat in my car and cried knowing I would have to start the search for a gyno again and make an appointment somewhere else a month in advance. Another month of not knowing.
That was downright INSULTING how long you had me wait - 2 HOURS! If I have to make an appointment a month in advance and am *required* to arrive an hour early, then I expect to be seen at my appointment time. A smile at the front desk wouldn't hurt either.
