  • This piece of work that owns this store is a . . . well, a piece of work. I too have my own business and this "people pleaser" is conducting a clinic on what not do if you want return business. The funny thing is that I was going to keep quiet about my gripe with this little toy collector but after having a discussion with one of my clients and realizing that we both despise those snarky know-it-all types I knew it was time to dust off the good ole 1-star Yelp Musket and prepare to take aim at the postal reincarnate of The 40-Year-Old Virgin. I cant speak for my client but I know that this person goes there primarily out of convenience because of the stores proximity to this individuals home. As I would suppose what most self respecting person does that frequently visits this store. From what was described to me about him is that he "always has something to say" and "you cant win with him". Well, most of us adults probably know somebody like that and for me it is not a fun experience. Maybe I'll give this clown the benefit of the doubt. Could my client be misreading his dazzling personality? Steven J. seems to be fine with it. I am not so magnanimous. Anyway, I digress. My beef with "Josh Baskin" is this. A few years back I went to that store to mail two important checks, separately, to two different entities. Well, guess what happened. Neither party received their checks. So, when you're talking money, that people aren't getting, people aren't happy. More specifically. When you're talking money, that people aren't getting, people aren't happy ... because of ME. Now there's going to be a problem. So I went down to pay a visit to our little buddy The Toy Whisperer and he quickly removed himself from any wrongdoing and completely disassociated himself from the FACT that I handed him two envelopes that never made it to their respective destinations. Hmmmmm, I must be going crazy. Anyway, I never went back to that store. I left the man to his own devices (presumably to play with his collectibles) I hold these truths to be self-evident.
