  • The best part about this place was the nice maintenance people who I actually had to see often! The area of Henderson is beautiful and convenient to a lot of stores. However, do not, I repeat DO NOT move here. I regret giving a dime to this place. When I first moved in there were marks on the walls and what looked like grease on the walls in the kitchen, along with an odor upstairs that they refused existed (later we discovered the smell came from the nasty clump of hair left in the bathtub drain). After living here for 13 months, paying rent on time every month, when it came time to renew they wanted to charge me an additional $100 for 12 month lease or an extra $400 for a month to month lease. Why would I pay so much more for the exact same place? I will also agree with the reviews that mention the pest issues, DISGUSTING! Also in the reviews, the charges associated with moving out are true, I ignored them myself when I chose to move here, but they are 100% true! When I made the obvious choice to move out, that process caused more of a headache. They will nickel and dime you if it looks like anyone even lived in the apartment. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Between being charged for any touch ups they have to do and whatever else they can pull out of thin air, I would warn any and everyone about moving here. If you choose to move here, expect to experience almost everything multiple people have complained about in these reviews.
