| - I have been leasing cars as I was 16 years old. I'm also not a new customer to the Hyundai motor Company. I have never been more screwed over by a dealership that I have with auto nation Hyundai Tempe. I was working with a dealer named Ted Journiette, his manager is named Mike Krause. I was ready to get a brand-new Hyundai Genesis 5 L because the new model looked so wonderful. I was under the impression that my lease was over this February. I turned in my old vehicle to get the new vehicle, but I was never notified that might lease had 1 year left on it. All it would've taken was a little bit of notification and informed consent. This was something we could've dealt with at the dealership. Yet instead, I went home with a brand-new 2015 Hyundai Genesis, and received a $5200 bill for my previous Genesis for an "early termination fee". So instead of being given the option of just keeping my old lease for the 1 year that was left on it, I turned it in without knowing it had 1 year. I was not informed of this, it was an easy fix. We just needed to go over all the lease agreements to make sure everything was correct and acceptable. By the time I was notified, by Hyundai Motor Finance, not my dealership, I already had the bill in the mail, and the vehicle that I had turned in was supposedly sold. Despite the fact that I am still receiving panic button notifications on my blue link that state the vehicle is still in the Tempe area. Neither the dealer nor the manager cared about this concern, and they washed their hands of me. They obviously lost a future customer, despite the fact that I am a physician in the Valley and have plenty of finances to purchase future Hyundai vehicles. I refused to ever go back there for another vehicle or for service. Obviously the dealership salesmen do not care about their customers and their satisfaction with the transaction. I am now $5200 poorer just because of an informed consent issue. I would recommend that nobody use this particular dealership to get their Hyundai, the vehicles are wonderful, but whoever sells them or leases them should also be wonderful. Not too much to ask I'd say.

MIKE KRAUSE
BOTH DEALERS ARE DISHONEST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
