  • I was given a gift card with $50 on it for my birthday in February and come to find out there is a monthly fee associated with their gift cards so now my card balance is $10 but I've never used it or activated it. I called customer service and got the run around. Thanks Red Rock for giving me a reason to write my first negative yelp review ever!
