  • Horrible customer service, deceptive business practices. Avoid them at all costs. My home warrenty keeps sending them out, they always have to come back two or three times to get the issues fixed correctly, even then, it's never 100% repaired. They forget appointments and have blown me off several times. The office staff is downright rude.
