I placed on order to go after a night of partying and gambling and the food was terrible. Everything taste extremely salty. I called the next day to complain and the manger Suda said "There is nothing she can do and that I waited too long to call and complain" I explained to her that I was up all day traveling to Vegas and that I didn't know that there was a time limit on a complaint. I stay at Caesars Palace all the time and I've never had food that bad and customer service so unwilling to listen to a complaint. I went as far as to tell her that I didn't eat the food and she said " There's nothing she can do". I refuse to ever eat at an establishment that has that kind of customer service.
