  • After a long awaited opening for this neighbourhood pub, I must say they really blew their opportunity to service this particular neighbour. On a recent sunny Wednesday, a friend and I thought we would try their lunch specials. Two days previously I had dropped in with my adult daughter to check their dinner menu, and was unimpressed. Trying it again to see if they had better choices for lunch brought a sad assortment of run of the mill offerings, including an 18$ hamburger with fries and 16$ salad. Ordered same and then waited over 30 minutes in a mostly empty room with more staff then customers. No food ever arrived. Enquiries were met with a blank puzzled look, and no apologies. I'm hoping whoever is the next owner will train their staff better and develop a better menu for the area. Nice venue, lousy implementation!
