  • I've had great experience with my brand new puppy here. They've been SO helpful, attentive and accommodating. I went in before getting my new puppy, to check out the facility. It was very clean and smiled nice. The employees actually looked like they enjoyed being there working. They were more than happy to show me around the backroom, the grooming area as well as the boarding room. They gave me a puppy packet to review after the tour which was filled with great information including trainers they recommended as well as emergency hospitals nearby. At my first visit, Dr. Dunning was great with my puppy and spent quite a bit of time answering my many questions about puppies. He never came across as "in a hurry" or trying to rush me out. I really am happy here.
