Brilliant food, made with patience, care, and top ingredients. Where else can you get a proper French sourdough or croissant in Canada? I've recently been taken off gluten but didn't suffer at all from eating a slice their delicious bread. This may explain why: "Sourdough bread, fermented for at least 7 hours or longer, is the time it takes to transform the bread. Then it [is] not only easily digested, but often can be handled by those who are gluten intolerant." Of course you should be cautious if you are celiac, but Sidewalk's traditional sourdough method is totally the way to go for all bread lovers.
