  • If you read my reviews - good and bad -- You will see I'm very emphatic about what I think sets good businesses apart from bad ones. Put simply, well-run business give a damn. It is really as simple as that. ' AOA understands that, and does give a damn. I've rented bikes from them for years, the last time this weekend. They are responsive, engaging and obviously enjoy their work. My bike was waiting for me. with my name on it, all dialed in, and perfectly tuned. I had to bring it back earlier than I expected, and even before I asked, they had begun the refund process. Good guys, good equipment and slick booking system. In the words of Rick James via Charlie Murphy, I wished I had more hands (to give them more thumbs-up)
