School is starting on August 3rd Do not use SuperCuts. My grandson Eric haircut came out terrible. I reached out to the stylus,Rebecca Who cut my grandson hair , letting her know that I sent a picture of the cut, and what she did was not it. She asked the client if what she was doing was the way it was supposed to be done. Last I checked to cut hair you have to be licensed that means when you are given a photo of a hair cut you should have the ability to do that haircut and or style. If you are unable to do that particular style then you should be able to offer something similar, or say I do not know how to do it. I like quality work, I pay for quality work w/ tip. However, this was not quality and the relationship and trust opportunity is ruined. Speaking to the supervisor was not achieved, she said hello and then hung up on me. Do not take your kiddos to a place that is not up to date on the latest hair trend for diverse groups. Do not take your kiddos to a shop if the stylus is unable communicate her ability to do the job, or unable to satisfy a dissatisfied customer. I wish I could add a picture of the poor job that was done.
