  • The guys in here do great hair cuts. It's good for younger guys too, so we can go into a barbershop that plays music we listen to and the convo is stuff we talk about and whatever. Generally chill atmosphere too. I read a couple other reviews and saw someone talking about them not keeping appointments and some other stuff about the place smelling like weed. I didn't used to make appointments and usually had a little wait before getting in a chair but never anything crazy. Now I make appointments just because I'm a little busier and they're never not ready for me when I show up. About the weed smell. The whole town smells like weed now, it's legal, it's everywhere, people are into it, sometimes it's gonna smell like weed when you walk into a place. Get over it. The smell isn't gonna go away if you cry about it. I've never noticed a strong smell of any kind at Kast Iron myself. I get the sides faded and keep it a little longer on top, get a part etched in, and get my beard trimmed up and shaped a little and it's done right every time. Bottom line, if you want a great haircut for a great price, in a super comfortable atmosphere, this is the place to go.
