  • Dr. Heil and all of the staff are truly excellent. Service is friendly, informative, prompt and extremely reasonably priced. They accept most insurance and also will do the exam/x ray/cleaning for $35 cash. They are very clear on charges for other services and will give you options. Appointments are easy to get within a week or so for routine care. The office is clean and designed well for children. I've been taking my son to this location since he was 18 months old for all of his cleaning and dental needs with one exception; I took him to Karen Teeter dds for one cleaning when he was 3 years old due to an insurance change. I regret not just paying the $35 cash for Wild West and Dr. Heil, as Dr Teeter and her staff rushed my son and restrained him in the chair due to his inability to sufficiently calm in a short period of time. Such treatment has never occurred at Wild West! They always have made my son feel welcomed and are patient with questions, wiggles, and the challenges of kids. They have made his visits calm, friendly and comfortable and have always invited me back with my son for the appointment.
