  • When I departed the McCarran airport, I noticed a long line to get on the shuttle to take you to the Rent A Car Center. I didn't need a rental car until a few days later so I did not pay much attention to it. The day before my rental car pick up, I called to see if Enterprise offers a ride like they do locally. Nope. They let me know I can get on the free shuttle at the airport but that is the only ride they offer. No problem. So I tell the Lyft driver the next day to take me to the airport so I can go to the rental car place. He tells me "No. It's not at the airport. I can just take you there." Sounds good:) I had no idea that it was three miles away. In my mind, I just assumed it was like down the street or close by. When I get to the Rent A Car Center, it was big yet organized by company. I found Enterprise without any issues. When you walk in to Enterprise, there are computer monitors to your right that will allow you to do the rental (if you are renting with a driver license) or you can stand in line. The worker basically did the check in process for me on the screen. Then you walk out to the garage to get your car. Another employee will inspect the car with you and provide you the keys. This was such a fast and efficient rental. They are very organized here. Organization is important and I appreciated it.
