  • If i could leave 0 stars i would. I've come to club annexus several times over the years and tonight i experienced the worst service in my entire life. Our server Janette came to our section 3 times total throughout the entire game. In our first interaction she told us she was waiting for the bar and couldn't do anything about it and walked away. The second visit she had the wrong drinks then slammed the correct drinks down and walked away. The third visit she informed us she was closing. We spoke with the manager and he said he would speak with her. However, on the way out the server yelled "thanks for the tip" and then began to argue with us about how impeccable her service was and that we were obviously terrible managers in our professions. We then spoke with the manager Ben again at which point she began to argue with him and us for a second time. Completely unprofessional, i will never return or spend the extra money for such awful service. Suns just lost 3fans that have been attending for 10+ years and a new visitor for their first time. Save your money and buy season tickets elsewhere.
