  • Not as advertised. I am still confused as to what is the difference between a Grand Tower King and a West Wing King when they are on the exact same floor and the price difference is up to $20-$30/night. There is no separation between bathroom utilities as is suggested in the about the room information on hotel booking sites. The one resort facility I used was the pool. Nice pools but they need to improve their operation hours. On their website and pool grounds they post that the pool area is open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Yet, at 7:30 a.m. only two pools of the five pool areas are open. Leaving the grand pool, adult pool and lazy river closed to guests until 10:00 a.m. Now with a resort fee of $25 and especially during summers with 90+ temps at 7:30 a.m. it would be reasonable to expect that all the pools be open and closed at a later time, possibly 9:00 p.m. when it is still light out.
