  • This is a horrible auto shop. I went there to get a heater regulator which only has 2 hose clamps and 1 screw to replace it. I asked if I could just take the part home and I would be able to install it myself in 10 minutes. They insisted that they install the part and would only charge me for 30 minutes or less for the labor.. I understand that they want to make the extra money for labor so I said ok. I watched the mechanic remove the part which only took him 2 min. He then continues to walk around the shop and not do any work for the next hour. Then he took the new part to my truck and installed it in 5 min. At the end of my visit they ended up charming me for a whole hour of labor and overcharging me by $100 dollars for something I wanted to do myself. I will never go to this place again and I recomendation nobody else go there either unless you want to get ripped off.
