rev:text	I have had several experiences with grooming at this location so that it all I am reviewing. First of all I will say that their groomers are skilled and do take direction perfectly. Unfortunately the policies of this business are ludicrous and their prices are so confusing I stopped taking my dog there. I was told that my dog needed to have a particular vaccination every six months and after speaking with my Vet and being told that vaccine is a 2 year vaccine I called back. I was talked down to by the woman who took my call being told "umm I think I know what I'm talking about since I'm also a vet tech" I politely asked that she confirm that the vaccine that my dog had was necessary every six months with another more experienced staff member. She came back on the phone and said "well actually your dog is fine, you didn't tell me she had the 2 year vaccine so do you want to schedule her appt?" I would have expected an apology for being so condescending and rude but I received nothing of the sort. Lastly when picking up my pooch and paying for her services which were a full groom (wash, cut and furminating treatment) I was given a total that was much more expensive than I had paid previously at the same business! When I asked about the price difference the front desk had the groomer come out to explain the charges to me. I was told that I must have remembered how much I paid before because this time they were actually discounting my service due to my pooch not needing a furminating after her haircut. What, this is a discount I said??? Not taking my pooch back due to the inconsistent and rude behavior of staff.
