  • Perhaps we got unlucky, but our (24 hour!) property management class is the most boring course I have ever taken. The teacher mostly reads the law, and tells irrelevant stories. We naively thought we might actually learn something beyond the text of the law - not true! Coming all the way to Vegas from Reno for a long weekend, specifically for this class, feels like we are paying an extortion charge with both our tuition as well as our time. I'm pretty sure this was not the intent of the state.
