  • I go here all the time and I love some things but the bad kinda out ways the good. The selection of food and wines is great. I especially love these new frozen ready meals that you buy by the pound and just throw in a pan and cook they taste fresh and amazing. The negatives are that it is always packed and people are pretty rude about simple things like just trying to get through ad isle and no one will move out of the way. I have 2 kids and 1 is a newborn so shopping is a little more difficult. I just went recently and I do have to do my W.I.C. Checks it does take longer at check out but I always kindly let people know who get in line behind me that it might take a little longer. I also have my stuff separated and ready to go to make the process as easy as possible. Well the past few times the cashiers have been very rude about it rolling there eyes and making frustration noises. It's not my fault that the process is more difficult I'm a single mother who needs this extra help. The last time I went was tonight and they were ringing up the things for W.I.C. And for whatever reason it was popping up a none W.i.C item even though they just did the same transaction right before. So they called 2 managers over they said I grabbed the wrong kind which I didn't and even showed them in the isle that it had the orange label it should have. And they still were like it's wrong so I grabbed a different kind and they told me they would help grab them but they just took off and I had to grab 28 jars of baby food alone. They changed my register without telling me and when I went to the new one she didn't even have my check so they kept giving me the run around and by this time my baby is crying and ready to go. It's already embarrassing enough having to go through the process and even more frustrating because people in line get mad at you like it's your fault. I'm giving this place 2 starts because of there poor customer service. Don't get me wrong there are a few really nice cashiers they are all young Hispanic women who are always courteous and helpful. But Ashley and Cory the 2 people that were supposed to help this time are what made this shopping experience so frustrating and embarrassing.
