FIRST time here. Since Southern Rail is in my neighborhood we walked down the street and were looking forward to seeing what this place is all about. It's beautiful inside and out. It was 5:00 pm, the parking lot was packed, but only 1 person sitting at the bar. Not a good sign. When you go into a restaurant here in Phoenix, especially during Happy Hour, you expect it to be crowded. Deviled eggs, meh (I can make better at home). Fried green tomatoes were cold and hard on the inside and served with a large warm wilted piece of basil. They must have been left over from lunch. The chopped salad was just OK. I was disappointed to say the least. LAST time here.
