  • This place is what five star is all about! Two nights ago we stayed at the Fairmont which is the other top rated hotel in Scottsdale. This place is definitely better! Great pools, great staff, great restaurants, beautiful grounds. The staff is always looking to help you and to pamper you in any way they can. Rooms are very nicely decorated and the grounds are well-maintained. Unlike the Fairmont, this resort had less kids running around. It seemed better maintained, and the staff here just seemed to care more and to try to do more to make your vacation more enjoyable. We have found a new favorite hotel in Scottsdale and cannot wait to return!
