  • I purchased 2 laser hair removal packages, 1 of which I only used 1 of the sessions and the 2nd only 2 of the sessions. I ended up moving back to Denver and made 3 phone calls (all of which I was told the owner/manager needed to call me back and that they had already given her the message) asking not if I could get a refund but if I could transfer the packages over to my daughter. Not only did I never get a phone call back, an email that I sent has gone answered as well. Clearly they are all about the money upfront and could care less about you after that.***I am editing my review because I just received an incredibly rude voicemail from Renee the owner. I am not going to dignify a return phone call to her because of the anger she spewed during the voicemail. I was told that she chose not to return my phone call because she was on vacation with family. As a business owner myself if there is a message to me I returned that phone call or I have a manager do so. I was told that I have to remove the one-star review in order for her to transfer the package to my daughter. So instead of doing the right thing I was told I have to do something first. Had Renee called me and said I'm sorry I didn't get back to you let's work this out I would have been happy to remove my review, however the voicemail was so ridiculously unprofessional and rude she can keep her one star review and her money.
