I discovered this place a few months ago and I'm here about once a week. I actually just checked my credit cards and I've been here 25 times since July. I I haven't once had a bad experience here. I always sit at the bar and it's usually during happy hour after 9pm where it stays happy hour until closing (1am). Rocky and Sam are awesome and it seems they're here most of the time. There are a ton of regulars here as I noticed most people are on a first name basis with them. Everyone is constantly feeding them beer or sake. It's amazing they still have all their fingers intact with those super sharp knives :)
This is my favorite sushi place in LV anywhere remotely in this price range. The quality is superior to any of the AYCE places I've been to and I still walk out under 40 bucks on average with tip and I can eat.
Some of my favorites here:
The garlic edamame appetizer is awesome...and SUPER garlicky if you're down with that.
Monica roll (lobster, shrimp, tuna, avocado on soy topped in crispy onion)
Dark Horse if you like crab
Hawaiian if you like tuna
Zion Canyon if you liked baked rolls
Cajun albacore sashimi
Live scallop (when they have it)
