  • Don't even bother to make an appointment because they don't honor them. Every time I made an appt. with a specific technician and I was on time and even early, that technician had just started another customer. Was told she would be done shortly. Now we all know mani and pedi each take at least 30 minutes. Why wasn't the walk in given another technician since my appt was at the same time. Very poor management. They also rush you through once you are taken care of. Gel peels much faster than other salons. \
