  • My husband and I have lived here for almost a month and we absolutely love it. It is so far ahead of the dump we used to live in. Our favorite part of this complex is that the people in the office actually care about you. That's hard to find! If we've had any concerns, they've addressed them in a timely fashion. The units are so nice and all of the people are so friendly! I feel like we're finally in a nice community. The dog park is wonderful and so many people have dogs that there's no shortage of socialization for your dog if you have one. The gym is nice an well maintained, there's a security lock on your front door and the gate only opens with a button or if someone calls your number from the box and you let them in. My husband and I feel so safe and so happy here. We love the free movie rental too- it's a neat feature that I've never seen any other apartment complex do before. I love that it feels like it's own little town. The units are laid out in a grid and the center of the complex feels a lot like a residential street. People walk their dogs up and down the center annex and say good morning to you. I really love calling this place home! It's hard to believe anyone has had an issue with the management here. They've been nothing but helpful and accommodating so far. I will update if anything changes, but I really can't see us having any issues in the future. Update 3/14/16: I wanted to update because someone just "complimented" me on Yelp and said I was funny and that I was probably someone from the office writing a review. I can tell you that I'm not and my husband and I still enjoy living here. It was someone who wrote a bad review. I understand being burned by a place and being angry about it but I don't think it's very nice to attack other people on Yelp. Opinions are opinions and we all use Yelp to choose businesses or help other people choose. My opinion of this place stands firm and it is my own. My name is Marissa and I live in building 3. My husband and I have gotten to know Milosz and other people in the office quite well and they are always friendly and eager to help and they know us by name. I'm sorry to those who have had a bad experience but I honestly still have nothing bad to say about this place. I walk my dog and people smile and wave and say hi and its so nice to be a part of this community. My husband and I still feel lucky to be here. Again, I will update if anything changes but as of right now still nothing bad to report. I'm not a robot and I work for a finance company- not 4225 or Greystar.
